With Elevate with Kate, it's best described in Kate's own words:
“I used to hear people say they were ‘doing the work.’ Elevate with Kate is the garden of the work that I've done and continue to do each day. There are so many seasons of meeting with and learning from healers, seekers, and therapists. It's unlimited and on demand resources that are available to provide sunshine to your state and water your well-being. It's therapies that I didn't know existed that have elevated my mental, physical, and spiritual states to new heights no matter what the weather around me might be. It's for every season because I do truly believe that when we share what elevates us, we all water each other and blossom into the best versions of ourselves. And when we share, we all have more. More access to the elevated states of peace, love, joy, and gratitude !

Through our journals and mugs, we believe there's 2 types of gratitude. One--being grateful for all we already have. The second is the larger kind we feel when we give of our time, talents, and treasures. That's why the second question of each day in our gratitude journals is: How can I spread love over fear today? Because we know that's when the magic happens--when we spread our light to help others shine too!
“I believe we can look at life through the lens of love or fear. Practicing gratitude has helped me zoom out so that I can clearly see what’s important in life, and that’s choosing love over fear. When I do that my mental, physical, and spiritual well being elevates.
The more grateful I am, the more beauty I experience. And when I feel grateful, I attract even more experiences to be grateful for because gratitude grows all the good in life. A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles, and a miracle is a shift from fear to love. Love is always the right answer and always elevates our states.
